If you have a B21A1, don't get your cylinders honed. B21A1 cylinder walls are made of a material called FRM (fibre reinforced metal) that is super tough and does not need honing. Some people have said that they have still been able to see the factory cross hatching in their FRM sleeved engines after 200000 kms.
If on the other hand, you have a B20A5, and you're going to really take the block apart, honing might be a good idea. You should stick with the normal sized rings unless you bore things out most likely.
My car has a B21, and I'm in the process of rebuilding a B20A5. Haven't gotten to the rings yet though. Everything is still in a million pieces.

the rear is 88/89 and all the trim (except for the front bumper) is 88/89
even the rear bumper is a 88/89 bumper (notice the 90/91 rear splash gears do not line up with the 88/89 bumper exact)
