h22a5 auto g/box trouble?

hi, i have a 2.2vti prelude with a h22a5 auto tiptronic engine... it is my pride and joy lol... but i have got a problem which just occured, i can select my gears but the car wont move, unless i put it into 'N', it wont even reverse!
i have cleaned all solinoids and plugs, checked my gearbox fulid and all fuses but to no success...
i've been told that the gearbox needs to be changed, or the saftey switch, but also been told that it might be the clutch????? can anyone help me with any ideas?

Could be the torque converter, or the gearbox.

First though, do you have any warning lights on your dash indicating trouble? Have you tried to read an error code off the Automatic Transmission Control unit?
