engine swap

I just purchased a 97 with a bad engine and was looking to put a swap in it. Can anyone suggest if the H23 vtec is better or just go with the H22 vtec? I have done swaps on other hondas including my 92 si but have not found a lot of info on 5th gen Lude swaps. Thanks for the help.

If you're just looking to keep either engine as is, I'd go with the H22 for sure. It is a very good engine. Great power, and lots of parts available for it. My choice for sure.
