1987 honda prelude throttle cable

1987 honda prelude throttle cable
Hello, I took the throttle cables off to do a cylinder head I missed up and put them back wrong does any one know now to adjust them,I"ve looked in chilton repair manual no luck,I"ve got a 2.0 si automatic transmission Thank You

The throttle cable should have a threaded sleeve with two adjust nuts on it. Do you see that? You move the nuts to adjust the baseline cable tension.

Just enough so that when the gas pedal is released the throttle butterfly just closes.
