Cold idling
When I start the engine (89 4WS Si), while cold, the revs are ~1200/1300. Is that normal? Could/should I adjust them to be lower?

Re: Cold idling
Yes, that's normal during warm up. Once the engine is warm, the idle should drop to about 700rpm.
You shouldn't adjust this. The engine revs higher right after you start it to get heat into the fluids and warm the internals.
