Hello have a 1994 honda Lude
Needed to replace the water pump and on completion of that have some how screws up timing
Help me

You mean in terms of degrees before top dead center? Or you need help setting the timing?
You may want to have a look at our video series (for 3rd gens, but still relevant) that details timing belt replacement. It talks about setting the timing. The process for the 4th gens is very similar and is fully described in the service manual.
