trouble shoot radiator cooling fan, heat a/c not working

Ok, I have an automatic 99 fifth gen prelude. I put 19s on it. its lowered on f&f t2 coilovers. the wheels rubbed through some wires that run through the driver fender. they shorted out my running lights and heat and a/c. i wired the wires back together and fixed my lights, but still no heat or a/c. Also, ive realized my cooling fan doesnt work now. i put a new cooling fan resistor and also checked the blower motor for resistance and it is still good too, but still nothing. thanks in advance for the help!

Double check your wiring, for starters. You can look at the wiring diagrams in the service manual if needed.

When you say that your cooling fan doesn't work, what do you mean? Does it never come on?
