'90 BA4 Prelude aircon problem
My air conditioning works perfectly well in cooler weather,(below 16 degrees celsius) however when the temperature outside gets warmer, the aircon fails to blow cold air .The whole system was rebuilt some years back, I'm thinking it may be electrical - can anyone suggest a fix ?

What color does the aircon light show when you turn it on? And does it flash?

Red indicates a trouble code.
Download the service manual from our manuals section and see what error solid red corresponds to. I'm at work right now so I can't look it up this second.
