What engines can fit a Prelude 2nd Gen
Hi..i'm new here..just would like to ask for any opinions if anyone can help me..what type of engines can fit nicely on a '84 Prelude..i was thinking of swapping my engine to something else..i have V-TEC on my mind but i dont know if it is possible..anyone,pls help me..which engine can drop right-in my '84 prelude?

Thanks for visiting! The only engines that drop straight into your car are the A20A engines and A18 engines as well as an engine stamped 'ET' which was an early experimental form of A series.
These engines don't have VTEC, but they do have cast-iron blocks which makes them ideal for turbocharging. The A20A3 is found in a lot of preludes and accords so is readily available and a great little engine.
