new on here! 5th Gen prelude!
Don't know a whole lot about the car, my transmission is slipping, I have a 4 speed semi auto transmission, should I just put in a 5 speed? I have heard the semi autos are notorious for problems

Converting to a 5 speed would be a fair amount of work. Are you wanting to really make that big of a change?

It's a tough call, to be sure.
Putting in the five speed will bring you better reliability, but you have to switch out the center console, the transmission, the ECU and add the shift linkages. That's no small amount of work.
