Hello.I have a 5-th prelude 2.2 vtec engine.Can some one tell me what kind of EURO is or is a non-euro engine.The type of engine is H22a.I tried to register in my country and they sad to me that is a non-euro engine and the cost exceed 8000 euro.Is it real.Thanks

To my knowledge, if the engine is only stamped with H22A, and not H22A1 or H22A4, then it is a JDM engine.

Yes,i think that is a JDM engine.The code is H22a SiR BB8.But you know what kind of euro has the car? Is it a non-euro,euro 1 or euro 2 engine?

I'm sorry. I don't know what you mean by 'what kind of euro the car has'. Are you asking about the trim level?

By that i mean that in european countrys,cars have a clasification of polution level noted with non-euro(the oldest cars),euro 1,euro2,3,4,5.The tax for register the car is lower with a higher euro.That mean that the car doesnt pollute so much.And another question,i have a yellow cel on, on my dash bord 4WS.What is the meaning? Excuse for my poor english.Bye

I'm not sure of the Euro classification of the car. Sorry.
