Just Bought A 97 Honda Prelude Type Sh.....Hasnt Started In 3 Months(been Sitting).....Went to go pick it up and crank it over....was turning but no start.....seemed like a battery...Could It Be the battery....also noticed where the cap was on the valve cover there was oil all around it....would it jus be from the gasket or blowing oil or what? if the battery is really dead and its been sittin for 3 months....would that be the reason why its not wanting to start?

If the engine is cranking over fine, it's probably not mechanically damaged, so it should start. Since it's been sitting so long though, it may need some extra attention.

Does it burble at all like it is about to fire up?

Make sure the engine is getting fuel and spark.

haha Yea I Got it now.......gettin white smoke after being started for a while....thnk its been sittin awhile, changed the plugs,gettin ready to change the oil....needing to know i have a slave and master cylinder out, whats the easiest way to change the slave? everything is cramed in there lol.
