Heating Problem

Post by redman310 »

I have 90 prelude and the blower, and the fluid levels are ok.... But it blows cold air....even when I try to warm in the morning nothing, but cold air. I don't think my temp indicator slide is broken. But it does move very freely with no resistance.

Thank you for your help.

I had that problem in my 86.

If it's the same as my 86, the hot/cold slider works by using a vaccuum line from the engine. Check the back side of your engine and the firewall for a vaccuum line that is leaking or has fallen off. That's likely what it is.
