I replaced my speed sensor, and re-flowed soiled and still no change its a 95 h22a1

Have you checked for continuity between the speed sensor and the dash?

Are you confident that the speed sensor you got works fine?

I have a 95 manual prelude and Im having trouble with the needle on my milage gauge for my speedometer. Rpms work perfectly but the milage needle gets stuck. I can hear what sound like the innard gears spinning so I'm curious as to what I can and should do.

If you can hear the gears inside spinning but the needle doesn't move I would wonder if something is damaged within.
