ABS Problem

That's strange behavior. It doesn't look like it's flashing a particular code. As a first step, I'd suggest pulling the fuse for the ABS unit to reset any of the codes, then see if the problem comes back.
Also, you may want to review page 19-58 (and other sections relevant to ABS) in the 1992 Honda Prelude workshop manual (see manuals section). There might be clues in there.
