Hi my name is Sam, I have just bought an '89 Prelude 2.0Si PGM-FI 4WS. Only has 94000 k on the clock.
Absolutely love the car, love Honda's, previously had two Accords before I bought this.

I took it in to have the A/C and heating looked at and they said I need to take it to an auto electrician. So far I know that there is no power getting to the Heater Resistor.
Also bought a new air filter so going to fit that sometime this week.

Not sure what might be wrong with your heater resister. As always, double-check all your fuses, etc.
