radiator fans

what does it mean if my radiator fans turn on after i turn my car off is that normal?? and then right after i turn it right back on they turn off anyone know ?
It's perfectly normal.
The fan runs after shut down to help cool the engine down after a run. It turns off when you restart the car because the computer enters a different operation mode. When the engine is running, the fan will still come on, but only after the engine has reached a higher temperature.
