i realize i'm pretty "green" to reading my chilton but i cant figure out how to change my belt. anyone feel like helping an idiot out. appreciate the help

lol as i sit there looking at it i ended up loosing the bolt in the picture thats just above the belt and to the left and bam! got it ...
