I have recently bought a 1992 prelude S and ofcourse it wasnt in the best shape.

F22a motor(btw)

Radiator leaked. and little other things.
Raditaor has been replaced.
New fuel Filter.

And new spark plugs, and valve cover gasket.
Because appearntley it had a leak and the plugs were covered in oil.
what i thought was causing the car to feel like it was going to die.

fixed that but it hasnt changed, almost worse.
2nd or 3rd gear it acts as if its about to just stall unless im in about 5-6k RPM
or(rarley)i shift to 2nd and its automatically in 6k rpm
then i shift to 3rd and its still there until i lay off the gas.

any suggestions to the problem?

Sounds like several problems perhaps.

What I'd like you to do first is check if your check engine light is throwing any codes. If so, let us know what they are.

OK you said you replaced the valve cover gasket, but did you also replace the O-ring gaskets for each of the spark plug ports?

If not, pull the plug wires and plugs again and see if they are still covered in oil. If they are, then that is a large part of your problem.

What kind of plugs did you use? Did you set the gap before you installed them?

Using the Honda recommended plugs is really important. For the F22 go with the NGK ZFR6F11 plugs. Those are normal driving plugs. That is what the car came with in the engine when it was shipped over from Japan brand new.

Have you changed the plug wires? Distributor cap, rotor button, coil wire?

What does the butterfly look like inside the throttle body? Have you tried to clean it?

Air filter? Clean, new? All the hoses and vacuum lines hooked up and in the right places?

Has the timing ever been checked?

Have you looked at the oil? Is it clean and clear like it should be or is it milky or smell funny?

These are the things I would start with.

Start with the smallest possible problem and work your way up from there to the big, scary problems.
