Seat Belt Problem

91 Prelude manual trans. ongoing annoying problem. Drivers seat beat will not retract automatically - must manually push belt into retractor. Is there an easy fix?

Usually what's required in this case is just to open up the seat belt retractor and give it a good cleaning. After so many years, there's usually all sorts of goo and dirt would up in the mechanism. Clean it well, re-grease, and your seatbelt should retract more easily.

Just wait till you go to put the seat belt on and it locks up 
I sometimes have to wait till i start driving and the vibrations from the car magically loosen it up to work again.
