Dumb question, 91 Si throttle body

I was wondering if anyone had a picture of a B20A5 throttle body setup or B21A1 on a B20, I had to replace my throttle body and my buddy took it off and didn't look at it (without giving me a chance to look at it), and wondering how the plate and spring are mounted on the throttle body to connect the accelerator cable, trying to get this car running again! 8) Thanks for your time.

Does this help you out? This is a B21A1 Throttle Body all hooked up.

Yes, thank you very much for the help. That is how I thought it had gone on there, but I wanted to make sure, been having so many issues with this car. Another issue has come up, which I don't know if I can fix. I think I fixed the throttle position sensor issue, I think. BUT (not by me) the throttle stop screw was adjusted, which in the manual says it can only be adjusted by the factory. The only reason I think this is affecting my problem is because as soon as I start up the car, it just revs straight up to red line, no stopping. Could this be the issue? I just want to get this dang car drivable.....I appreciate your time!

Sounds to me like your throttle is stuck open. I would check to make sure you didn't put the nut for the throttle spindle on too tight. I've had problems like that before. The throttle spindle nut is SUPER sensitive. If it's on the tinest bit too tight, your throttle will stick. Make sure the butterfly is closing all the way on its own from the spring pressure.
