Ive been searching for this part and i cannot seem to find it. I always come across the other one upper left, but never the right. Is there no upper right control arm or maybe i haven't been searching hard enough? please reply, thank you.

There is a right and a left. They are not symmetrical and therefore are not interchangeable, so they are two totally different parts. Majestic Honda lists them, just for a start.
