fuel pump relay

G'day all,
I have a '83 prelude 1.8l . Can anyone tell me where the fuel pump relay is located and even better what it looks like?
No one here in oz knows lol Ihave a schematics but that isnt helping. Many thanks, regards bob

I think you're probably referring to the Fuel Cut-Off Relay. It should be located behind the under-dash fuse box inside the cabin of your car. According to the service manual, you have to remove the fuse panel to get to it.

There's a diagram on page 11-6 of the 1983 service manual (see our manuals section at the top of the screen) that does a great job of showing where it is and how to get to it. Have a look.

Relays are generally black.
