ECU

I have a 89 prelude with the 2.0 DOHC B20a5 It is a oval track race car.I want to change the ECU the stock rev limiter is at 6200 I want to change the ECU to get around 72 to 7400. is there a ECU that will work out of another honda or anyone out there programe them.Any info helpful.Thanks

No, another ECU won't work, and since the B20A5 uses an OBD0 ECU, re-programming it isn't easy either.

It is possible to buy fully programmable ECUs that will work, but they can be expensive. AEM makes really good ones. As you're using an OBD0 engine, I believe you'd have to use the AEM universal EMS. They allow full control over all parameters, but require a certain amount of tuning expertise to set up. I've included a link to the AEM ECU.
