Honda newbie looking for help...92 sr idle rev's surge when first started, after about 5 min it stops and runs fine??? anyone??

Mine has done that since bought it in June. Now it seems to have skip also. Is that from the IAC also. I have no CEL. Im pretty sure its a sensor or valve somewhere.

What do you mean 'skip'? As in misfires? Hesitates when the accelerator is pressed?
