cannot download Manual

Hi all just joined this forum, i am in Auz, and just brought a 4th gen for my son. Trying to download http://www.preludedriver.com/manuals/4t ... Manual.pdf
It stops at 647kbs then nothing else?
Have good internet and connection speed?
Can anyone help.
Ps downloaded the supplement ok, 8mb.
