This vehicle has taken me from point A to B for 8 years. In those 8 years, I've tried repeatedly to make repairs permanent. I'll give two lists of what has been successful and what has not. The successful repairs are as follows: Rebuilt Power Steering Pump (03/2012), Remanufactured Alternator (04/2012), Brand New Radiator (10/2012), Fuel Injectors (08/2011), Spark Plugs (07/2013), Ignition Coil (07/2013), Distributor (03/2012), New Blower Motor & Used AC/Heating Control Unit (03/2013), Muffler (11/2007), Heater works great. Engine is NOT seized. New right side-marker. Cold Air Intake. Honda Shop Manual & Haynes Service Manual. The unsuccessful repairs are as follows: Purchase of Rebuilt Cylinder Head thinking compression would be increased. Compression is now below the minimum of 149 psi required for proper engine operation, Oil evident around the block, Oil deposits in 2/4 cylinders, Gears grind when down-shifting into 3rd and into 2nd, as well as up into 3rd, Current Catalytic Converter just a straight pipe, AC components currently off, but not presently hooked up, at 60 mph plus, vibration in wheel increases, rear shocks starting to sag, needs an alignment done, rear defroster inoperable, Needs new paint. This one would be for the dedicated project guru, who would knock him/herself out for it. There is a bunch of parts which are in great working order (about $550 worth). This is as honest as I can get. For the car collectively, I'll try $600. I live in the Salt Lake region.
