ok i noticed my car leaking this morning and i seen that it was coolant,it wasn't from my radiator..but i opened my hood and could see it dripping on top of my transmission right by my starter right next to the starter cable but can't get a closer look any ideas of what might be leaking and if there's any coolant lines near there please help

Could be one of he water lines on the rear of the engine. There are lots of them. You'll have to get in there and take a closer look. Even some of the smaller hoses (like vacuum line size) carry water to the IAC valve and sensors. They can crack and leak with age.
