Honda Prelude Forum - PreludeDriver.com

So I was driving my prelude home and I noticed all my gauges went out. no tach no speedo. The car drove the exact same as normal but when I got home I went to check what was wrong, so I turned off my car and now it wont even turn over. I tried moving around the red and black wires on the battery and nothing helped. Please help me and give me any ideas of what to do. thank you

The first thing I would check is whether or not your ECU is throwing any error codes. Directions on how to do this are here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=318

Also, when you turn the key on your car, does anything come on? For example, can you get the radio going? If not, check to make sure your battery isn't completely dead.
