B20A5 Oil Pump Upgrade

I was cleaning the oil pump from my spare B20A5 last night when the following thought came to my mind:
Wouldn't it be great if I could fit my vehicle with a better oil pump.
I've heard of people putting Integra Type R oil pumps on their Civics, but I've never heard of any such modifcation for Preludes. Does anyone know if any other Honda oil pumps are interchangeable with the one on the B20A5? Is the oil pump on a B21A1 better? Are there performance pumps available?
Also, what about replacing the stock oil cooler with a front mounted system. Would this be worth the potential pumping loss that may result from all the extra oil hose?
