headlght problem

headlght problem
i have a headlight that i have replaced and it still is staying dim like it isnt getting enough power to it i have tryed to fix but dont know where to start please help also i am looking for a front lip if you know where to get one let me know

Does your battery warning light ever come on while you drive or when the car is idling?

no ime and a buddy just checked it with a volt meter and it ended up being a bad ground so we grounded it and now it works thank you though
