Cold air intake

Post by Lex luder »

I was wondering if a cold air intake from a 1989 prelude 2.0 would work on a 91 lude 2.1? Anybody know?

Yes, it should work just fine. The engines are very similar.

You'll only need to worry about fitment related to things other than the engine. For example, if the 91 is equipped with ABS and the 1989 is not, that might create a space problem as the ABS system really crowds up the left side of the engine bay.
