Battery alsways dead cant find a short!

Hi everybody i have a 1990 honda prelude type s. I've been having this problem every since i bought this car . I cannot find any short and the battery is always dead the front bumber day lights used to stay on even when i would turn off the ignition swith i fixed this problem by taking them out. Is there anybody whos had this kind of problem ?

Ugh...Electrical problems. We've all had them at some point.

You're going to have to just start hunting some more to find the short. A multimeter can be very useful while doing this. If your daytime running lights were staying on, use a multimeter to find out which wire is energized and just follow it backwards and see if you can find the short. That's really the best thing you can do. Electrical shorts are notoriously hard to locate, so you'll have to be very diligent as you look. Take note of any place you see damaged wires as these are potential trouble zones.
