engine swap!

engine swap!
I was planning on getting a h23a vtec imported because i get good deals on them, but i have a 4th gen and the engine is from a 97 wich is 5th gen, would i be able to do this swap fine or is there going to need to be wizardry involved?

The blocks are the same, doesn't matter the year.
The only wizardry you have to take care of is the wiring. For example, the JDM distributors are different.
