Hi,
I have a 1995 Honda Prelude 2.2 VTEC and I believe my engine code is H22A2. I am trying to find a lambda sensor for it which is not a Honda part (due to cost) but am having trouble. Does anybody know what lambda sensors work with this car, and would an NGK OZA501-H17 sensor work (Unipart tell me it will)?
Thank you,
Steven

Re: Lambda sensor dilemma
Many would likely work, although I don't think that any of us here can comment on the exact compatibility of aftermarket parts. That's up to the manufacturer to say.
Just make sure that whatever you get has the same number of wires and the correct connector.
If you're really short on cash and want to get one on the cheap, don't discount the possibility of finding a valid one at an auto wrecker.
