questions about an h23a1 swap to h23a

Im getting ready to do my first swap im changing the motor and trans. i have a 96 prelude si automatic so it has an h23a1 with a 4 speed trans. im about to buy a blue top h23a vtec motor and i have a few questions.
1. When doing this swap what all am i going to have to change ecu, motor mounts, headers, ect.
2. What trans can i get that will work on my car and this motor.

The motor mounts, headers, etc should all line up. It's possible that you might have to change your ECU. This will depend on which parts you're swapping out and which your're keeping and also the year of car the donor engine is coming from.

Any transmission meant for an H series should work fine, provided it is compatible with your ECU. Why can't you keep the transmission you have?
