Did the climate control soldering fix..worked, but now probs

Post by decreasingbrandon14 »

Ok, I have a 92 Honda Prelude SI. As mentioned, I did the climate control fix by doing some re-soldering on the cc circuit board. It worked and now the air blows cool, buttons light up, and it vents in every directional mode I choose. Next, I put it all back together with the exception of the air mix control wire. I know it goes to the temp switch on the climate control, but I don't know how to hook it back up in working order.

Another issue that occurred after the install, my stereo nor my cigarette light work. Yesterday, after I got everything together again my car lost all of it's battery charge...car wouldn't start. So i got it jumped, and now it hasn't had any "not starting issues". The problem that remains is the stereo nor the cigarette lighter work. Any help whatsoever will be much appreciated! Such as how to properly re-install the air mix control cable and what possible reason the stereo and cigarette light would not be working. By the way, all other interior lights work.
